'HYMNATHON'
It took 7½ hours for Mike Renton to play 310 hymns and religious songs at Nexus Walcot Methodist Church on Sunday 8th May. Members of the church and several visitors sang along. They, together with friends and relations, have now raised a total of £2650 to the redevelopment fund set up to transform facilities at Southdown Methodist Church, which is at the centre of a multi-agency project to provide support services for the community of Whiteway and Southdown.
